Initial Backstory

Little Tyler was diagnosed with CDH at his 20 week ultrasound. To add to his diagnosis, we had preeclampsia and had to deliver at 34 weeks.

Tyler is in amazing hands at BCH and will hopefully be ready for surgery soon. This grant will help us support Tyler while in NICU and on his road to recovery. Thank you Eden Calhoun Charitable Fund for your support.

Update 1/27/25

Little Tyler has made some strides! Breathing tube removed and hopefully placing feeding tube today. He is still in the NICU, but each day growing stronger.

Update 2/28/25

We are still at Boston Children’s Hospital-he is starting to take half his feeds by bottle and half thru feeding tube. 

Update 3/25/25

Unfortunately, we are still at BCH still working on feeds and then oxygen once feeds where want them. They moved the feeding tube to stomach yesterday, so now he’s adjusting to that. We were really hoping to be home by now.  Feeding process is taking longer than I would have imagined. Overall though he is doing well and showing lots of developmental progress.
